The Paragon 100800 kettle boasts a high output, hard-coated anodized aluminum interior kettle for optimal performance and easy cleaning.  The outer jacket is stainless steel.  Aluminum features the highest heat transfer rate of any approved cooking material, making this item one that promises an efficient popping experience. 

A side-hinged design and non-stick surface allow for simple operation, in addition to easy cleaning. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth regularly to eliminate baked-on carbon that is common in oil-based cooking appliances.
